Terms & Conditions


There is a charge for some CRDI Courses and Workshops. This is indicated clearly where applicable. If payment is required the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Payments
The most convenient way to book a CRDI course is to pay by any major credit card through our 100% secure payment pages. However if you do not have access to a credit card you can contact us at education@crdi.ie and we can organise payment by cheque or postal order.

2. Cancellation of Bookings
If for some reason you are unable to attend a course booked, CRDI will refund your fee subject to € 20 administration charge at any time up to 14 days prior to the course. If attendance is cancelled within 14 days prior to the start of the course, refunds of 50% will be made. Non attendance at courses paid for without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
